Application

1.Dimethyl phthalate is soluble with various cellulosic resins, rubbers, ethylenic resins and has good film-forming, adhesion and water-proofing properties.
2.Dimethyl phthalate is extensively used as solvent for producing methyl-ethyl ketone peroxide, fluro-containing anticorrosive coatings.
3.Dimethyl phthalate is plasticizer for resins of cellulose acetate, ingredient of mosquito-expellant, intermediate for organic synthesis etc.
